How it works:
For Individuals and Announcers
Simply walk into our office or drop us an email at info@smsmedia.rw and let us know what kind of audience you would like to reach. Alternatively, you may come in with your already prepared lists of phone numbers (Soft copy preferably) and we'll send your message to the targeted audience.
However, be reminded that an SMS can only be 160 characters long and for private message, provide also the sender number.
For Enterprises and organizations
SMS Media Bulk SMS solution is a very cost efficient way of spreading the word quickly about your product and services.
SMS's, by their very nature, demand attention, so you can be assured that your message is delivered.
We offer rates of up to 50% lower than conventional SMS Rwanda! No long term contracts or commitments required! Buy as many SMS's as you require as and when you need them, and then use our easy to use interface to send your message. No complicated or expensive equipment is required!
You do not need to have any technical knowledge or skills. All you need are mobile numbers & a message/promotion and we do the rest!
Once you've identified the need to get your message/promotion/information into the hands of clients/prospective clients all it takes is these 3 simple steps :
1. Sign-up for an UBUTUMWA account by completing our form available on request and select the initial number of SMS credits you require (min 1000).
2. Pay for your SMS credits by Cash deposit in our account at FINA BANK and ECOBANK or by Cash deposit in our office, and once your manual payment has reflected, your SMS credits will be ready to be used.
3. Collect your targeted numbers and upload them on the UBUTUMWA interface developed by SMS Media. Alternatively you can add individual numbers as you go along.
What happens then?
1. Once you have successfully paid, your SMS's will load onto your account. You can then send to individuals or create different groups of users.
2. Simply login, select which individual/group you want to send to, type the message in to our online interface and send. Simple, Easy, Cost Effective!
Pricing:
Bulk Sms @ SMS Media is 20% (42Frw) cheaper than the price of a regular SMS for a volume of up to 10,000 SMS per month and 30% (40Frw) cheaper for a volume of over 10,000 SMS per month. We can give also reduction in case of special promotions.
For Enterprises and Organizations, there are no monthly subscription costs, weonly charge for setup fees!
SMS Media offers SMS's at competitive prices. The more SMS's you purchase, the less you spend per SMS.
